They got their first win without TJ Watt.

Get a clue??? This coming from the moron who insisted the Steelers were soft yesterday even though at the moment he made the comment they were leading. The fact they were even in the game to begin with was a testament to their toughness...and then you insisted that a makeshift crew of players who succeeded in turning back the goat QB the entire game did so despite lack of coaching?? But I'm the clueless one??

Are the Steelers at Philly's level? I think Philly is a farce, probably the worst undefeated team I've seen in a while save for the 11-0 Steelers coming to Washington and laying an egg.

Dude, on any given Sunday the Steelers could win, but Philly is definitely for real.

We've had players not giving it their all and playing soft on the fundamentals. That has been happening up until yesterday's game. Thankfully they came together yesterday as a full unit and played "Steelers" football. In short they played with heart! About time, we're what 6 or so games into the season? Just about everyone and their mother, not just me, saw that many of the backups yesterday at least, outperformed the starters. They played like their jobs depended on it. And it's not a "testament" they were even in the game, they are Pro NFL players too, and Brady's been subpar. What the world are you talking about, Testament? We field players too. What?

I give them credit yesterday they played tough and many of the ones that were not showing up did. Yes!
    Now let's keep it going.

It was a very pleasing performance for me for two reasons; one, they beat Brady and two, all the people that want Tomlin gone can't claim with any degree of seriousness that Tomlin has "lost the room". Great take by the OP BTW.

Testament to their toughness as in they could have fed into the talk and predictions for the game, made excuses for themselves with the injuries they had, and let the results of the previous games dictate their attitude going into this one. As for whether they had played tough or not the previous games I believe they had with the exception of the Bill's game. All the rest were very winnable games. It just didnt go their way.

Thank you for the article and refresher to the board. Oh irony of ironies. Saying my name must translate to dumb-whatever when it is in fact, the very essence of Steeler ball and at the core of my dissatisfaction with some of the players up to yesterday. I was beginning to think we may need some of the old to come in and talk to the players of today. Maybe check out Jack’s HOF speech, or Troy’, or even Kevin Greenes. Check ‘em out!

But alas, we’re all Steelers fans here and it’s onto Miami.
    Go Steelers!

It was nice handing Brady a loss. However this is not a playoff team. The only thing this season is good for is assessing who we keep versus cut. Figure out who is playing hard no matter what. Who is on tik tok and who is trying to get better. If they pay Claypool they will regret it. If he has a strong finish trade him

yes - for sure. we stink. LOTS of problems, MANY

many years of poor planning, poor succession and focus. a long way to go to an 11 win season again.

Tomlin's team has come together two times out of six games, so far. You are what your record says you are. The Steelers are a bad team.
