Joe Brady (OC Candidate?)

    He was the passing game coordinator at LSU that helped developed Joe Burrow into a star. He has some OC experience in the NFL with the Panthers in 20/21. His offenses were bad in Carolina, but McCaffery couldn't stay healthy, and he had an aging Cam Newton, Sam Darnold and Teddy Bridgewater as his QB's during those two years. He's currently the QB coach in Buffalo and he has a Mike Tomlin connection as he also attended William & Mary. He's a young mind and brings something completely different to the table.

    Interesting. Although it seems as if the Steelers have been hiring from within in many cases lately I could actually see this.

    Hopefully, our offense will get better as Pickett gains experience. Otherwise, why not?

    I think somebody will definitely take the fall, I do not know
    who would be the most capable candidate. Hopefully the Steelers find this person
    and others?
