I heard this mentioned today....I can't remember where, but that Trubisky had a certain number of games in a clause in His signing. Now I don't buy this, but I do wonder How this talk got started.

 

Wow! Trubisky is so bad that his sucky play is still having an effect on the last team he started for too.

Even though Ben's skills had greatly diminished last year he still had the guts, grit and guile to pull out late game victories. Of the Steelers 9 wins, 8 of them were by one score. Many of them pulled out of the fire in the 4th quarter.

Mitch is the guy Canada wanted, and the better choice to run Canada's offense. If Kenny plays, we will go back to a more traditional offense. And right now, I think our O-Line is ready for it. In the Cleveland game I saw Mitch running out of a clean pocket that the O-Line had created.

He does like to leave a good pocket. I expect that out of Rookies, but Trubisky is not a rookie. He has I believe 56- 59 games under his belt....that's far from a rookie.

actually it proves the defense doesn’t respect our running game or vertical passing game. Defenses are playing to keep everything in front of them and have been since the titans game in 2020. Until we can run the ball effectively and hit on deep shots with some consistency defenses won’t change what they’re doing.

 

I am sure this is true as well , but where is the overload forcing a 2 v 2 on the otherside with some pick routes rub routes whatever to get some guys in space...Heck run every route to 1 side except1 and hope the 1 v 1 can break a tackle.. The OC can call and develope plays to create YAC and I see litttle to none being done...

for those Cap-ologists, the $ money counts against the cap if it is considered 'likely to be reached' and not counted if it is 'NOT likely to be reached'. I would really like to know if this bonus was considered to be likely to be reached or not.
