    Has Anybody Thought about Promoting QB coach Mike Sullivan as our New Offensive Coordinator? He was a very good coordinator while he was with the Giants.

    The Steelers generally have a process for promotion within the organization. It's generally been this way for as long as the Cowher era.

    Every now and then the Steelers will bring in an outsider that they are comfortable with.

    I'd take him as OC or Senior Offensive assistant to the president or whatever the hell they call OC's now.
