no soy. 96-4 lean ground beef, no salt added bean plus wash them, no salt added home canned crushed tomatoes. chili powder, garlic powder. crushed red pepper flakes. fake salt. pretty much it. pretty yukkee, but hey.

 

Going to old Steeler friend I have not seen for at least 3-4 years. We will just say he's a simple fellow. Going to make his world famous wings for us. From the look of things I'll probably just eat the chips and beer I bring over.

I was at a bar last night playing a pool tournament. I had garlic and parmesan wings. Very tasty

Put Coors light in there and you got me. My stomach betrayed me some years ago and had to give up the hot wings and real beer

A six-pack of cold brews during the game. Then the wife has a pot roast for around 6 tonight...to celebrate a Steeler win and we hope the Cowboys (I hate rooting for them) can beat Cincy.

 

Well We Won.....So same as last week. Beef ,cheese ,and Pepperoni Ravioli. I eat the same thing till We lose.
