I don't think players can speak on injuries.

they did that against one of the better QB's and receiving groups in the league. no we won't get 7 sacks every game but if we get pressure on some not as good of QBs as joe burrow is we could have similar results. this was a good team we beat, and i for one was high on this defense early. we have some studs on that side of the ball and we are paying for them. this offense has been built on young players and they are going to take some lumps but they will improve. the difference in money on the defensive side to the offensive side is quite a lot. dead money hurt but should get better down the road in the not too distant future.

I think regardless if it's partially torn or completely torn, do you chance having it tear in 2 months if it's partial? Or do you make sure he is fully healed and come back next year without having to worry about making it worse?

Just a ****ty situation either way.

Always get a second and third opinion if you don’t like what you hear Hahahahahahaha!

But aren’t the Pittsburgh hospitals/healthcare facilities some of the best around?

He has to do what’s best for his life.

There is apparently some optimism that TJ might not need surgery, which could be huge.

I read different reports that T. J. suffered a partial tear in his pectoral muscle, and it's not as severe as people thought. Best case scenario, he comes back in a month, I believe.

Yeah, when these athletes (or anyone, really) seek a 2nd opinion it's because they didn't like the first opinion, which I'm guessing was to get surgery. That sounds less optimistic to me.

Why would I hope that? I saw his face. We all read his lips. He knows his body. He looked dejected. That's what I'm basing it on.
