I feel as though I have a pretty wide vocabulary but I honestly had to look up the word pyrrhic.

    Fits admirably.

I tend to take week 1-3 results with a grain of salt. With fewer contact practices and preseason, teams tend to settle in after a couple weeks. I was encouraged by the defense.... but as already said.... moving forward without Watt would be a huge downside. I'm happy with a win, but would have preferred no injuries this early. We'll see how we do against a 'struggling' new england at home and go from there.

    My thoughts:

The defense brought that "black air force 1 energy" (if you know, you know)

Is this the Teryl Austin/Brian Flores effect?

Yeah, that was great for any RB. For a rookie? Awesome.

I wouldn't exactly count on Mitch outplaying Joe Burrow every week but i do have bragging rights this week with my bengals fan fishing buddy.

    joe burrow completion percentage 63.2% , 338 yards, 2TDs, 4 INT, 1 fumble, sacked 7 times, QBR 67.3

mitch completion percentage 55.3%, 194 yards, 1 TD, 0 INTs, 0 fumbles, 1 sack, QBR 78.2 according to PFF and 1 WIN

    great stat, steelersrule6.

I love leading the league in sacks!!!

I read an article somewhere that turnovers will lead to wins more than sacks. And look who's leading the NFL in turnovers too !!!!

in all fairness, we sure do spend a majority of our high end picks on defense over the years.
