What the eff Chargers/Refs

How do you leave Ray Rice even get close to a first down on 4th and 29, especially when captain checkdown dumps it to him at the line of scrimmage. Then what a joke a 10 minute review from the refs and the still don't get it right. Good effort by Rice, but he was clearly a half yard short after watching the replay!!

I didn't see the replay in slow motion, but from what I saw, it looked like he got the first down to me. Either way, don't blame the refs, blame the chargers for allowing Ray Rice to get that many yards

 

Yup. How no one accounts for Rice is beyond me.

First the great block by Boldin was an illegal block via the new Hines Ward rule...hit him in the back...and blindsided.

Second...When Rays knees hit...the Chargers leg is in front of the ball...and his foot is barely past the 45.... The Chargers got screwed.

Yeah its another one of those plays where you can say dont blame the refs because your whole defense should be fired for allowing a 4th and 29 on a checkdown. Nice triple overpursuit to the outside. Yet the call was obvious and ignored. Just another cherry on top of the crap sundae this season has become.

 

Yeah I also thought that was an illegal block. Yeah I thought Rice got the first at first, but watching the replay his knee hit down at the 35 yardline, while he had the ball secured in his chest, not reaching it out. The first down marker was at the 34, meaning the distance from Rice's knee to his chest had to be a yard. He is only 5'9 i think. And the refs ended up spotting it at the 33 1/2 meaning that distance was a yard and a half or 4 feet. Seems like Rice would have to about 8 feet tall to accomplish that haha.

I'm sure Harbaugh was whining all day so the refs gave him one.

But yeah Chargers you gotta be kidding me, what were those 3 guys doing??

 

How do you let some one come close to making a 4th and 29. Chargers deserve to lose.

 

The Bolts deserved to lose that game.
