I won't be jumping from a bridge anytime soon. As bad as this game was it was no where near as bad as the Jets game on Thursday night. This game was just plain ugly and there should be some disappointment, anger and soul searching in the locker room. That being said you don't cut the kind of veteran leadership like they did in the off-season and not have a void on this team when it comes to players stepping up to lead by example. Tomlin won't do it, it isn't his style so until they fill that void you will continue to see guys who just don't show up for games.

Oh, I'm in too. Not real happy right now and work tomorrow will be brutal (here in Ohio), but I'll get over it and be ready to go by Sunday. Just need to find a way to beat out this funk right now!

I think people fail to realize the AFC isn't what it once was, 9-7 does make a last seed wildcard. Look at the playoff standings again if you don't agree with me. If Ben comes back and can play at a high level there is a great chance we take 9 wins and the 6th seed.but don't count on another QB taking us to 9 wins otherwise

I'm not on any bridge. They just showed Ravens remaining games and its possible they could lose all of them. We will get Ben back and be fine.

I'm not jumping off any bridges (nor any wagons), but I am on my way to Cleveland right now to try to throw Batch off the highest bridge I can find, just to make sure he can't start for us again next week

It could be worse... we could be like the Eagles, unable to win with our starting QB.

Come on, really we are not a good team for many reasons. Look at our losses to subpar teams as one example. Hopefully we can take this year off, get a good draft postion and get the team back with talent they need. We can't win it every year and after 40 years of watching Steeler footbal this was one of the most embarassing losses I have expereinced and we need to add depth and talent.

We need to have a good Oline and we need a big, possession receiver. We are desperately missing those two things and it's killing us. For the life of me I can't understand how management and the coaches have allowed us to have a poor Oline for 5+ years now. I just don't understand how this wasn't fixed long ago. If I sucked at a certain part of my job for over 5 years, I would be fired. Now I know it's not the same thing at all, but come on, the people in charge need to fix the Oline once and for all. Even if Adams and Decastro both pan out, we still have gaping holes on that line.

I'm on the bridge, but I refuse to jump. Aggravated beyond belief, though!

I disagree about the O line.
Too many injuries (as usual). But if DeCastro and Adams pan out, they along with Pouncey and Colon at G is a Stoudt unit (do you see what I did there?)

Colon is overrated. Not good in pass protection, inconsistent in run blocking (only seems good when he's playing angry) and commits too many penalties. Then we have the issue of LT. Starks is not good enough and needs to be replaced. So far, Gilbert and Adams haven't shown they can play LT. Their footwork is terrible.

Take this year off? Should we forfeit the games or actually show up and lay down?
