All things considered... that really is a crazy stat; doubly so when you think of the talent & coaching gap Mitch had during those 30 starts vs others on that list. Belichick and Reid are shoe ins for Canton... whenever they hang up their Headsets. LefFluer gives me pause but too early to tell even though his first three seasons have been nothing short of impressive. John Harbaugh will likely have a Gold Jacket himself at some point as while his playoff success has not been kind to him as of late; his innate ability to acquire talent is arguably unmatched; doubly so in drafts where he and the Ravens annihilate every season.



.... compare these coaches to Matt Nagy; a Former Head Coach who flamed out and is now back to where he got much of his credit in Kansas City. Now, talent wise?! Having Khalil Mack, Roquan Smith, Akerman Hicks and Eddie Jackson were no joke... for the defense. For the Offense... whatever remained of Alshon Jeffrey and Jimmy Graham.. that is.. more or less of what Mitchell had.



Now overall and, let it be known, I still have my doubts about how well Mitchell can make the Steelers better. I can say in confidence that Mirchell not only allows Matt Canada to fully unlock his playback unlike Big Ben but also has the team in better standing in terms of where to attack the field in passing. How well this will translate to wins though?!?!.... that remains to be seen.


I still stand by my prediction of 10-7 though 8-9 will not surprise me in the slightest.
