Being realistic about expectations are fine, but some people do nothing but complain about the Steelers.

I think Pickett is every bit as good as burrow. I stand behind that and not far behind either like with a long broom handle just poking his back for support. I'm also the guy who LAST year said mason looked so much different in the pocket and could be a starter in the league. A winning starter, however I will admit to my stick being a bit longer for this one. If you could put Baker Mayfields confidence in Rudolph I'd even say a playoff caliber QB

That same Cleveland OL gave up 9 sacks to the Steelers last season, and I think they lost their starting center to injury.

Yeah, most standings have them as the best o-line in the league. Definitely Top 5.

They're a bit overrated IMO, especially in pass blocking.

True, but the talent still needs to be upgraded.

I really like our next 10 years with proper OL procurement our

Well, there is reason to question Tomlin's ability due to the lack of playoff success. The Steelers have been a mediocre team the past few years, but I think a lot of that has to do with Ben R. being past his expiration date by about four years. I see this season as an opportunity for Tomlin to prove his ability to lead a team through a QB transition and be successful. If I were the team owner, I would give Tomlin about two years to get this team back as a legitimate SB contender. Getting blown out in the first round is getting old.

you are correct. similar to my thoughts on The Standard is the Standard. some long years in front of us. Had the best 3 players in all the NFL (debatably) with Ben, Brown and Bell - and still could not advance that far. Darker years are here. Good think I like golf!!
