i hope and pray foote can stand up to richardson today and limit his yards by stopping him in the hole. this will be a big part of this game i believe.

Lame thread...100% of our issues lie with our coaching, offense and special teams. Singling out Larry Foote comes across as a cry out for attention.

 

In all fairness to Mac, I don't think he was singling out Foote for the team's struggles (recent or otherwise). I think he just meant to comment that if we were going to be successful against the Browns, stopping Richardson was a high priority--and Foote is a big part of stopping opposing running offenses.

 

thanks romans but i got this. dsteeler, this thread was way before the game started, not after. larry stunk it up today all over the field. so my question was justified. cry for attention? get real pal.

 

In all honesty, Foote wouldn't start on half of the teams in the NFL (no offense to Foote, he just isn't very good). LB is definitely a position that needs to be upgraded this offseason.

 

Foote has played great this year. Anyone that thinks he has not is imagining things.

I was as big of a critic as anyone of him; I was wrong.
