Pickett may be an Elvis

If you follow the history of music, Elvis walked in to Sun Studio one day, and he was good right out of the box. In fact, the earliest music he did was as significant as any of his music would ever be.
I call people in any field who are immediately good “Elvises”. Ben Roethlisberger was good as soon as they stuck him in there, he was an Elvis. Terry Bradshaw had to learn some things, and it took him several years to hit his stride. Jack Ham was an Elvis, James Harrison bounced around a bit and reached his peak much later.
If Kenny Pickett continues to play in the way he has in the small sample size we have seen so far, I will contend that he is an Elvis, and there won’t be the need for a long apprenticeship.

I know what I am seeing, and his reads and composure are those of a four year veteran.
