Casey Hampton was listed at 325 (that's before his big snack of course). Alualu can easily make.that up with a CH diet.

I stand corrected. It is still a lot to ask of a healed injury like that.

Paper stays don't tell the whole story.... There's a reason why he only had 86 carries.... He no longer runs with the same authority that he did earlier in his career.,.. when I looked at him, I basically saw Benny Snell

No doc, there's no burning sensation. Flames actually shoot out.

They should work out that one free agent from Missouri. He seems to run with authority. Hawthorne or Hawley or something.

The crabs aren't so bad, but it takes a lot before I feel full.

Costco is the best place for getting king crab right now

Canned lump in the grocery is $40

2 years ago at Christmas it was $10

Years ago I flew to Kodiak Island AK just to go to the Alaskan King Crab festival

I was about the only one eating king crab

I have had plenty of businesses to offer to pay my bill because they can't afford the volumes of consumption

not sure with the reports of the rookies seemingly having good camps why we are still bringing in so many RB's. gallman would probably be my pick out of the bunch. teague, howard, richard, gallman still looking for some depth or just preseason bodies. mcfarland and the two rookies plus teague are fairly young. howard, richard and gallman are lightly used vets. what's your take?

part 2. more vet WR's too. westbrook and snead. i do like that they are looking at more corners TJ Carrie.

Boy I like the pro active approach I have seen from the Steelers the last couple of years. Apparently coaching staff are not liking what their looking at and feel these players are at least worth a look? I liked Gall man when he was drafted not sure what happened?
