We did a stadium tour Friday after two days of training camp. During the tour, we passed this, and it was a little sad to see.

That is sad. It is cool that you got to see that first hand. Not as sad as watching Three Rivers be imploded. But sad nonetheless.

I find very little sadness in advertising, all things considered.

Yeah, I agree completely. This wasn't so much about advertising as seeing something that's been there so long being done away with.

not sad for me, I just wish they wouldn't sell the naming rights to something built with public funds. At least without a tangible benefit to the public.

I’m glad I traveled my only time out of Texas in 2018 to see Heinz.

I agree. The Elementary school I went to when I was growing up had to be torn down after the flood in 97. The school had stood for over 100 years and when they rebuilt on the spot they tried to incorporate design aspects from the original school. They renamed it Phoenix Elementary school instead of Belmont. I'm not sure I would have liked it if they had kept the name but I didn't care for the new one either. To me it was a lose/lose situation.
