    Yeah.

I really don`t know much about 22 or redzone etc.

I just watch the free streams and have for over 20 years.

I hope I can hijack this thread. But for anybody that subs to Sunday ticket the streaming version. I have an .edu email and I can get the student discount for 120. But what I can't figure out is if I have to watch the games live.

On MLB.tv I can start the game from the start even after it's started. I can pause and rewind and I even have spoiler protection so I can watch when I want without spoilers.

Does the Sunday ticket streaming option offer the above?

EDIT: Further research. Maybe NFL+ might work for me somewhat. I just can't start watching a game until it's done and living on the west coast with all these 10 am games this year this might be okay for now.

    From the NFL+ site.

With an NFL+ Premium subscription, you can access full and condensed replays of all current season games right after the conclusion of the applicable game's telecast.

Edit 2: NVM NFL+ sounds like a joke to me if this is true. https://www.cnn.com/2022/07/25/media/nfl-plus-streaming-service/index.html I'm stuck using my phone or mobile device only?

No thanks. Will just continue to stream illegally. Holy hell as much as I would like to give someone my money so I can watch the Steelers on my terms, but they just don't want my money.

Oh my God, that would take so much will power not to spoil the game until Wednesday. I can go a few hours, and maybe until that night, but come Monday morning I would have to know who won and who lost.

You mentioned VHS Tape, so maybe this was before ESPN, and other sports channels were available?

And you also couldn't where anything Pittsburgh. When I am taping the game and going out, I have to make sure I am wearing nothing that say Pittsburgh, or I will get some random spoiler at the gym, or in the supermarket.

Yea, I just might have to get it. Mostly for the preseason games and whatever content they'll show during the week.

It says you can actually watch live games on your phone or tablet. Wonder if that's true?

I was able to do that last year with the regular NFL.com app. Watched 2 of the 17 games "live" on my Android phone.

I was in the apple app store last night trying to get my new iPad set up for when we do the board fantasy football draft and there was a direct TV Sunday ticket app promising that. Even claiming you could cast from your phone or tablet to your tv. But after looking into it again there are restrictions on where they offer streaming content and live games. Then you have to be a Direct TV subscriber but unable to use the satellite signal. Basically it's a lot of work to be told nope you aren't in the right area.

Wait, you can't watch live out of market games?

Bummer, that early bird price is my kinda deal.

I went ahead and purchased the regular NFL+ app. I figured $30 was a good deal for the preseason and regular season. For once in a long time, I want to watch all the preseason games due to the QB situation. Plus, I'll be able to see the Bucs and Saints games on the NFL+ app... since my Hulu's local Fox station doesn't or very rarely televises Steelers games.

Anymore information on the 7 day free trial since there is really nothing besides practice happening at camp this week?

I haven't had a chance to look at it yet. Right now, NFL+ is listing the week 1 games. That's all I see for now... but I probably need to dig into it more.

That was the part I didn't get. They were hyping sign up two days ago with the 7 day free trial but there wasn't the premium content they were offering for at least a week if not a week and a half. Didn't make sense.

Hey Scribe - question - have they processed your auto-renewal yet? They tried to charge my card on file for the $79.99 renewal fee on Aug 1 but it was declined twice by my CC company and fraud alerts were sent to me via text, email and phone. I went in and switched cards thinking it was just a robo algorithm thing but it happened again with my new card with both cards having high credit limits and zero balances. Further, there's no way listed on the NFL or NFL+ site to contact them with issues or questions - not even the annoying "Wanna Chat" bubble. Curious if it's just me or if this is a bigger issue with NFL and the name/programming change?

If it's Bathtub Gin - perhaps BigBenHotness will want to join you. Anyone remember his bizarre incident a few years back? I'm sure he does.

I tried to sign up the day I posted this thread and was having issues with the site so I decided maybe I should wait a bit.

Sucks living in GA and not having directTV. I sadly only get to listen to it on XM radio. I've never done the other stuff, but if anyone can walk me thru on what i need to do for a set up, I'm interested.

Also...I fear the Steelers won't have the priority with 1pm and 4pm games since HOF Roethlisberger has departed. Trubisky/Rudolph/Pickett will have to prove they are just as TV worthy. It sucks but Burrow and LJ will be televised on off-non division games before Steelers. NFL+....good investment.
