We have signed RB Jeremy McNichols to a one-year contract.

To make room on the 90-man roster, we released RB Trey Edmunds. @BordasLaw

Not Justin Jackson...But better than Snell...And a great 3rd down/ pass catching back imo

He caught 28 passes for 240 yards last season, which was his best in five years in the NFL. Great is a bit much. He is an improvement over Edmunds, though who knows if he can play special teams as well, but I don't see anything special here. McNichols looks like a viable third running back. He's never been anything more than that.

I was never a fan of signing Justin Jackson. I think McNichols will be an upgrade over Snell. Solid signing IMO.

He looks more like he will be competing with McFarland for a roster spot.

Agreed. McNichols and Snell bring different skill sets. I'm not sure the former is a guy they want filling in as an every-down back if Harris has to miss any time.

There is already a Yinzburgh video for him. He showed some toughness in the first two highlights. I already like him better than McFarland, but that doesn't take much.

Not a bad move. Harris, snell, McNichols will be a respectable backfield.

I thought he was a little more a part of replacing Derrick Henry last year than he actually was. I was surprised his stats were as low as they were when I looked them up.

I hope McFarland is just renting, if he doesn't show something early on I think he will be a goner.

They didn't throw a penalty on that Facemask that nearly ripped his head off on that first highlight.:icon e confused: He'll fit right in on this Steelers organization. Especially when we play the Pats.:swoon:

Not much to see. Just adding a Dog to fight for a Bone. Can`t be much, if any guaranteed money.
