The Packers have used Lambeau Field since 1957.

 

Its Still Soldiers field.....with add ons, and some fresh paint....Like KCs garbage arrowhead stadium. LoL

 

Why do millionaires/ billionaires need taxpayer money? Especially with TV money being what it is?

I have to be honest. I didn’t like the name “Heinz Field” when it first opened. I preferred Three River Stadium. I even felt the whole ketchup bottle idea for the red zone was a little corny. But, I grew to love it. It will take time getting use to Acrisure Stadium, but it will pass. I don’t care what they call it as long or the Steelers are still in Pittsburgh.

Lets change this , as the Oracle of Omaha says there is something wrong when my secretary pays more in taxes than I do.

 

Did he fire his army of accountants and tax attorneys? Did he write a guilt check to the Treasury? He can think it’s ‘wrong’, but he’s only following the rules. If people are gonna re-elect dumbasses, the dumbassery will continue.

Everything they have is going to have to be printed with Accrisure as free advertisement if they don't get a cut.

 

That would be a hard sell to pull for.

 

Well when you omit the "play at" and the "stadium" it does look bad. But is it really worse than First Energy or M&T Bank? Paul Brown is the only one that has a classic name. That may change as well because naming rights can generate a lot revenue. I remember when Heinze was built, people wanted it to be Heinze Field at Three Rivers and Heinze is a local icon!

People got mad about the Ketchup bottles at first too!

 

Most of Soldiers Field is new built int the early 2000's and it looks like they're eyeing a move soon. The Soccer team has already dropped the Soldiers Field name from their new agreement.

Yeah, they appease the masses with GEHA field at Arrowhead stadium.

 

The ketchup bottles have been removed!!!!
