My vote is yes. A 6’1” 211 lbs. Pro Bowl CB. That is exactly what are secondary needs. I would trade them something minimal so he doesn’t hit the free agent market.

    Should they?! Yes.

Will they?! I highly doubt it. Pittsburgh will not be the only players involved. Other teams likely will have more money to sway Bradberry; notably Philly if he wants some vengeance.

There's probably going to be a bidding war there.
If the Steelers can wrangle something, he would be a good addition.
But I'm not sure if they will do anything.

Yeah, I just don't see it. He's probably going to be expensive.

How much adjusting of current deals would we need to do to fit him under the cap.

That's tough to say because we don't really know what he would cost given that there would likely be multiple teams competing for his services.

His current cap number is somewhere around $21 mil? I think....
    He's going to be expensive.

If we were fortunate enough to get him who would play slot? Would Wallace play Slot? Would he even be better than Sutton at Slot? I doubt we would do this with us just signing Kazee. I do think we are one injury away from the cub’s being a disaster. This pickup would really fortify the CB group. Going into next year it would afford us the opportunity to focus on MLB, Defensive Line and OT.

I vote no. He is good. But not special. We don't need to carry that much expense for a corner just below special.

Yes and @biggbunch68 is still mad that they adopted the forward pass. That and they got rid of leather helmets.

In a trade scenario, I think it would be $13, the rest of the hit would stay with Giants

So if any of our three starters are injured we have nobody, starter capable backing them up. In addition we do not have a #1 CB on the roster. Witherspoon has bounced around the league and is very suspect at supporting the run. Sutton is barely a #2 CB and is adequate but not even close to what Hilton was at slot. Wallace is a solid #2 but not deemed worthy of being retained by the Bills. Not a single one of these CB’s would even be starting for any of our Divisional Rivals. Each of our Divisional Rivals has at least two CB’s better than each of our three starters. How can you not consider this guy? Especially with the QB’s in our division now. We will have massive cap room next year .... you can sign this guy to a three year contract and backload it the last two years. We have zero depth and we are not capable of drafting and developing CB’s. When a good one is available on the free agent market you have to take a look at them. To me this is exactly the type of deal the Steelers traditionally make for a sound veteran free agent after the draft. The question is can we do this and still have cap room to sign a depth OT and OLB?

I agree with Your whole comment, but the Question I ask....is He actually that good???
I will be honest....I don't think I watched a Giants game last year...unless it was a Thursday, Sunday, or Monday night game, and Haven't since We last played them.

So if we trade for him we would need to pick up his $13 million base salary ($2 million of which is guaranteed), and his contract expires after the upcoming season. If signing him to a new deal at his market isn’t part of the long term plan, it’s not worth the 1 year rental IMO.
