does that mean that AB is hurt more seriously than reported?

or did Cotchery get hurt on that hit near the end of the game that could cost him some time?

or are they getting sick of all the mistakes Wallace is making?

This is horrible news. I didn't like Plax then and I don't like him now.

Couldn't agree more. Has very little class and I don't think this team can afford a cancer in the locker room.

Love it! In case u didn't k ow AB won't be back for a few more weeks as of last week his ankle was still quite swelled and nowhere close to healed. Without him the passing game is lacking something and Plax is still a threat that would demand attention regardless of who is throwing the ball. Imagine of Ben makes it back week 12 and we are 7-5 with a shot at the playoffs with a healthy team? Exactly

When ya think about it, wouldn't he be the taller target in the endzone that we could possibly use? Just a thought.

Does Plax play QB??? Kidding aside, I know this isn't popular with some of you but this isn't a bad move. Plax did fine in NY with the Jets, didn't cause any problems, just came to work and did his job. Having another big target in the redzone besides Heath will only help. I approve of this move

Interesting move. Earlier last week, I read where a reporter who saw Brown's ankle said it was swollen to the size of a softball. Surely that must be slightly exaggerated, but with Brown out, Cotchery hurt, Wallace struggling...

Assuming Plex is in football shape and will play for little, this could be a good move.

Does this not let us know that Wallace is not a guy that can take over a game? Does Wallace REALLY need this much help? Think about how different this league is now. Used to you have like TWO Wide Receivers and a TE. Now teams are STACKED with WRs. If Wallace wants to be the man he needs to be calling for the ball. Man I'm on the verge of starting a poll to find out where this board stands are far as whether we bring Wallace back next year. For me I say ABSOLUTELY NOT!

The game has developed into such a passing league that you need that many weapons.

That last non-catch was it for me. Although low, had he made an effort, he could have saved that and got us in FG range to tie the game. He needs to go!!!

It's being said that it's a result of Cotchery's injury.

I'm with you! That was like a microcosm of his efforts in general. I think the most he's tried this year was that TD in the corner when he got two feet down in a weird way. I'm just fed up with him. I think we can get a guy that's more than a "one trick pony"(tomlin's words) for a LOT less than $100 million! Today at work I was mad and I said "well I only have 6 more games to endure of Wallace and life will be good again'. Then this guy said "but he's your best player". I simply looked at him and without even thinking I just said "you're an idiot". And that was pretty much it.

My understanding is that Plax has tamed down quite a bit ever since shooting off his manhood a few years back.

Not sure he's really in football shape but has been seen working out with the Vienna Boys Choir.;)
