    Mike Tomln has not won a playoff game in the last 9 seasons. His in - ability to hire good OC's and DC and positional coaches, game day strategy, in game adjustments, use if the red flag / timeouts management , critical 4th down decisions, diva player management and sideline coaching are poor. As he likes to say, the standard is the standard. Okay, that is not winning playoff games for nine straight years. Our fans and our players are the victims.
