Ryan Clark Says we will miss the playoffs

I guess there is no reason to play any games this year the season is already over.

I do agree about us not being a playoff team.

 

His statement holds value.

 

The Defense is a MAJOR issue right now.

 

I have no problem in what he said. We are not a playoff team till we prove it, do it consistently,..

Our secondary looks real bad, lost even at times. Mitchell and Thomas haven't worked together so they will struggle just like last year with him and Troy. Spence, who I like, tends to get caught up in the wash, Vince is too slow to get deep in coverage in the middle, JJ is so eager to get a sack he takes himself out of plays running too deep off the edge.....

Our offense is going to have to out score in order to win.....no Bell, Bryant,Pouncey.....

Still, we have a chance, we have Ben, Brown, Shazier,Heyward....... how well and how soon the team Gels will determine our fate.

At least he should wait until the Defense plays a couple of regular season games before he starts playing taps....

 

I don't have a problem with it being said I have a problem with the guy saying since he also said his defense last year was one of the best he has played on. Shoots your credibility all to heck when you make statements like that.

It could be, perhaps, that his shoes were too tight. But I think that the most likely reason of all, May have been that his heart was two sizes too small.

Right now no team is a playoff team. That's why they play the games.

 

I like it. Most of the time when these media idiots predict something it goes the other way.

 

So, with possibly the league's best offense and two games against the Browns it would seem to me that the team will be at least sniffing the playoffs, meaning I find it difficult to make that bold of a prediction.

 

I think we could make it to the Superbowl. Even with an average defense. They just need to improve little by little as the season goes along.

I feel that is why KC has been so active, because he knows we can make a run.... otherwise why blow a coveted draft pick on a kicker?

Seems apparent to me he is trying to get his old job back. Find a problem, point out the problem then offer yourself as the solution. He's good.
