My rankings are based on athletic profile, and consensus ranking.

So, first, if the prospect did not test, he will not make the top five. Or, if the prospect tested poorly, he will not make the top five regardless of film or performance or consensus or hype.

Second, after the prospects meet the athletic profile criteria, I may sort them based on consensus as long as the consensus is relatively in line with athletic profile and college performance. But if not, if consenus is wildly off, then I will disregard consensus and place a player as I see fit.

Third, I also looked at some clips to make sure what's on tape matches the performance and athletic profile. Finally, I will place more value on players from big 5 conferences if the grading is close.

Now, the thread is titled Top 5, but I may not have 5 draftable players at some position. On the other hand, at some positions this year I may have more than 5 players I would equally be interested in drafting because they have high grades, like day 1 value. So I will list them like that, sometimes less and sometimes more than 5 if need be.

    OFFENSIVE RANKINGS

    QUARTERBACKS
    DAY 1
    1. Kenny Pickett - had an unbelievable year. On par with some recent #1 overall picks. The problem is, he will 24+ on draft day. Nonetheless, even though I would not draft him, he is worthy of #1 overall pick.
    2. Dez Ridder - Similar to Mason Rudolph, a very good quarteback, very consistent, but at somewhat low volume, did not carry the NFL load. He is not an exceptional passer in either throwing TDs, not taking sack, or not throwing picks. He is just good at everything. However, he is very mobile, fast, and has a gun. Those three things, very good passer, excellent arm, and excellent athleticism make him a first round pick.

    DAY 3
    3. Matt Corral - did not score enough in college based on passing volume, and took too many sacks, but also was exceptional at not throwing picks. He has a live arm, and decent athleticism. Comp is Dak Prescott as far as passing proficiency. However, Corral is smaller. I would not draft him.
    4. Carson Strong - Had excellent passing volume and was very good at scoring and not throwing interceptions. However he took a ton of sacks. Most people would call him a statue, immobile. But he has a good arm. I would not draft him.
    5. Cole Kelley - Big guy with excellent arm angle from 6-7 height, reminds of Big Ban, and was a very good passer at SE Louisiana.

No because guys like Woolen and McCollum are small school players, and Castro Fields, Armour Davis and Elam all have something off athletically. And those are my top 5 based on testing. So no, I do not have first round grades on corners.

Gardner did not test in 3-Cone and shuttle. We don't know his quickness. Second, he measured at 6-3 190. That is a slight frame for his height and a concern. His 40 speed at 4.41 for the 190 lb weight is just okay, good enough for NFL but not exceptional. For example, Castro-Fields at 197 ran 4.38, Armour-Davis at 197 ran 4.39, Ellam at 196 ran 4.39, McCollum, at 199 ran 4.33. I would not draft Gardner because quickness data is missing and there are some concerns with frame and he did not run exceptionally fast for his frame.

Stingley did not participate in athletic testing.

McDuffie measured 5-10. I am not a fan, I would not draft him.

McCreary 5-11 ran 4.50. Not a fan of either number.

Booth did not participate in testing.
