KnowVegas, I hate we loss but this reply about Charlie had my wifey on the floor laughing and as I'm typing this reply she is STILL laughing. However, the loss still hurts but thanks for making someone laugh in my house hold........ by the way, I think I will hold off on that number 4 Jersey :(

The fumble yes sucked...he never gained 100% possession of it and it looked like was shifting it under his left arm...but it never got there...definitely crappy on his part. But the pass in the corner...i blame that on the QB too...didnt give him much room to work with and such either. Wallace is only a small factor in this games outcome in reality.

Yeah, it screwed up because the original I was merging was older than the one I started. To be honest though, they were coming in so fast that there were four new ones by the time I finished posting it. :smiley1:

This is why I wanted to keep #8 cus Lefty is a useless fragile tool, and the coach showed his true colours tonight, I have 0 respect for that complete idiot for leaving Lefty in. Hairball should be sending idiot Tomlin a thank you turkey for this gift.

was it unexpected though Jim? I mean he left Ben in the 49er's game last year when it was clear that he had all the mobility of a statue. So leaving him in there doesn't surprise me. he seems to not want to give the hook to QB's but will have no problem yanking a Rb who fumbles the ball. It is too hard to figure out what he thinks on any given game day.

What do people who make these type of statements think they are going to get out of it? Do u think Tomlin is reading and says to himself, I better put Batch in or some fan might stop watching? Why the need to announce it? Just stop watching if you don't like the way the team is playing.

When AB gets back i would set Wallace, if the man wants to play i would make him prove it to me if i was Tomlin..... It's obvious? that he is just coasting buy this year

I would like to add the complaint that the Steelers need to sort out all the penalties. They are one of the most penalized teams this year.

The false starts and holding was hurting us in the first half with field position.

The point in some of these threads is so people can voice their frustrations, nothing more, nothing less. It just helps to get rid of the stress of a bad game.

I thought we were going to :( couple of hard hits by the Rats at the end there sunk our chances. And Lefty being hurt, not being able to reach Sanders, I think it was? Anyway, tough loss on a game that was ours.

If you're talking about the next to last play that he heaved the ball down field...that was Gilreath actually.

The fumble is disconcerting because Wallace's hands have been suspect all year. But that fade pass was more on Wallace than Leftwich IMO. The elite receivers know how to drag that second foot and get it in bounds on a play like that. That was a poor effort on Wallace's part. The point is that he had an opportunity there to make a huge difference for his team, in this case, it would have been the difference in winning and losing the game. The great players, which Wallace already considers himself to be, make those kinds of plays on a regular basis. He failed to deliver.

Lefty scored that opening TD drive by pure luck. That was the equivalent of my sister going out there, running that same play, scoring and falling down by herself out of pure handicapped excitement and hurting her shoulder.

He showed the rest of what he had the other 57 minutes of football.
