Some ....Yes I do. I will say as compared 2 all types..Metal, Jazz, Classical, Big Band, and any other forms. There is no music I like all of it, but there is no music I don't like any of it. Except Rap, and even that....in its early days I liked because it was different, but now the only difference is the technology. So therefore every time I hear it now I get the giggles from the idiocy of it.

 

I agree but, I've gotta throw disco in the dislike column. Thank god for the Eagles and Aerosmith! Otherwise, the late 70s would have been a big misery.

Some of these were great, some are pop, some (KISS, CARS, POLICE) are vomitous IMO. I went with who seemed to get the most AM radio play here.

Well Here is something I recorded almost 20 years ago...2 people. Me ,and My (best friend)Bass guitar player...Me on all Guitar, and lead vocals, and Him on Bass, Drums stuff,and back up vocals.
Some have said the bass was 2 loud in this.

Different style of music, but it reminded me of the saxes that come in halfway through this radiohead song.

This won't be popular, but that style of Guitar got old 2 me fast. It seemed like everyone was playing like this at one time. Same style....same tone...same vibrato....same licks. 90% of them are Y. J. Malmsteen clones, or wannabes. JMO. I did dig their 1st album though.
I remember getting it because it reminded Me of Helloweens: Keeper of the 7 Keys album from the 80s.

 

There's some variety in rap. The bulk of the variety is stuck on the fringes of the underground, and gets in it's own way for very obvious reasons.

 

A friend was a huge Muse fan and talked me into seeing them at a smaller venue here. They weren’t 10 minutes into their set when someone in the crowd bumped the mic stand. The lead singers lip was split open all the way to his nose. He was bleeding like a stuck pig. That was the end of the show.

 

Mariott was a badass.
