This is insanity, trade 5 picks and ink him to a huge deal, absolutely mind boggling. I know that he is a generational talent but 6 years in all that speed will go quickly in his older age. Absolutely great hall for KC but losing a huge piece of the offense. Teams have lost their minds when it comes to trading for a player. Tua will still be average.

Well… I saw the slew of picks after posting this. It may be worth it to them if they draft well. Still, Mahomes and Hill had tremendous chemistry.

He got hurt for the first time in 4 years and it wasn't even a major injury. And thing is he got hurt MAKING a throw. Not running. So his running isn't why that happened. I think he could've actually played but they held him out because they were littered with injuries and obviously weren't going anywhere. He barely takes contact when he runs because he's probably the most elusive runner in the nfl.

I assumed it was going to be an earlier 1st round pick and Kansas City would get its choice of WRs in the Draft.

Unless they can replace that outside deep threat it changes their offense completely. And no JuJu is not the replacement for Hill.

I see Steelers are considering Damontae Kazee at safety.

That wold be a nice addition, has good ball skills and I like the way he attacks the line of scrimmage.

I like that kid. And he'll be cheaper than the honey badger..... But I don't know if he wants to leave Quinn.

What the hell is a good pickup at qb if he's not a franchise guy? In what capacity is he a good pickup?

Miami was in a good position in the draft to really help their team.
Instead, they traded away good positioning (bold) AND they will make him the highest paid WR in the league.
    • Round 1 (Pick 29 from 49ers) XXX
    • Round 2 (Pick 50) XXXXX
    • Round 3 (Pick 102 from 49ers)

    • Round 5 (Pick 158)

Hill is a consistent 1,000 yard rec'r and he does produce touchdowns.
    But he's 28 which 5'10" ~180lb WR's don't do so well around the 30 mark.

KC just restocked their draft picks. 13 picks... at least 2 in every round except for the 6th.

The subject matter is irrelevant. You pull the same **** in every thread. All you’re trying to do is lure people into some type of debate. It’s so bad that you even try to argue and debate with the people who agree with you. Yes you look like a fool.

The guy is a jerk off. He’s in his early 20s and he thinks he’s got everything figured out. Someday he’ll grow up and realize he was acting like a dumb ass.

Mecole Hardman is now their deep threat. He's straightline fast as Hill, but obviously not nearly as good and probably not as quick, so they still have that guy that can somewhat keep D's honest. Will definitely need to draft a WR or two though.

Miami's wide receiving corps with Parker, Waddle, and Hill is scary. Still need Tua to improve and stay healthy, but let's be honest, if you had to choose between Trubisky/DJ/Claypool and Tua/Hill/Waddle/Parker, it's sort of no contest.

That is probably part of it, but Hill is 28 and he comes with considerable risk due to his off-field issues. Remember, he had major problems in college, and as a pro, he allegedly threatened his fiancee when she accused him of hurting their child.

Haven't you going on and on about how he got hurt in the playoffs and that was somehow an excuse for him? So no, it wasn't just one injury.

His reliance on running puts him at risk. Even the most elusive runners take hits. Given how often he runs and how often he takes sacks, Jackson takes more hits than most quarterbacks. If you don't even understand that, your comprehension of football is even less than I had thought.

Those franchise QB costs have serious effects on roster creation. That said, while it will hurt KC now, they have a MASSIVE draft lined up. They have to rely on young/cheap players and they will have lots of them. Still likely means a step or two back this season, esp in that division. The Dolphins are also loading up short term but that's a stupid trade; gave up way too many picks and dollars. I also don't think Tua is going to work out.

The AFC is going to be a bloodbath. Meanwhile, Tommy has a cakewalk to another SB. GB lost Adams, Rams lost Miller and OB, SF/Ari/NO are okay and the rest of the NFC sucks.

With that much draft capitol they can move up..or stay put and add more weapons. I agree Juju is not the replacement, but drafting a speedy rookie that has to be covered, he can certainly be an effective weapon.

He got hurt playing us the week before. Why do people keep saying this. He got hurt in the pocket. LoL. If You watched the game....He got hurt in the last quarter of the Steelers game....running....he went 2 run out of bounds on the sidelines, and stepped on the 1st down chain marker....instantly grabs that ankle.....low ,and behold the very next game magically in the pocket ( if you can say in the pocket 12 yards away from the line of scrimmage) He gets tackled, and it's the same ankle. Hmmm:hmm:
Me thinks someone didn't want people 2 say he got hurt running.
So instead of coming back from a ankle injury like most Qbs.....because now He can't run...He can't play....as Brady plays with torn knee, Rodgers with broken toe, and so on....

Can't keep em all. TJ Houshmandzadeh had a great take on that trade. He said he talked to Woods throughout the process, the Rams felt they could not make a quality offer, but wanted Woods to go to a place he felt he could prosper. I'm sure there were caveats, but the Rams evidently worked with his agent to find a place.

So why did he play after the steelers game but stopped playing after the browns game if the steelers were the one who injured him?

Mahomes, Russell Wilson, burrow, Herbert, Josh Allen, etc.. are all not playing with the injury lamar had.
