What you state may be true, but is it a fact that in this situation? When did the covid decision have to be made? When did his brother pass? There are so many different things here and the decision to sit out for covid during a peak period of stress. Im.not sure Tuitt himself knew exactly how this would turn out.

Of course, it was probably a very fluid situation right throughout. It does seem that they were exceptionally compassionate and understanding, which is good. Who knows what happened really. There was the knee injury, but the remember Butler let slip in an interview that Tuitt was out of shape and not mentally in the frame of mind for football. They may have hoped he’d be back mid season but then it just didn’t happen for several reasons. What’s done is done in relation to 2021 at this stage.

Personally I hope he comes back, he’s a hell of a player. I’d understand if he just walks away given his family needs him however. If his head is not going to be in it he and the team are better off to part ways now.

His brother passed in March and the opt out was July or August iirc., if all parties expected him back at that point it probably wasn’t even discussed.

The difference just gets pushed to the 2023 cap. Hopefully it doesn’t come down to a release pre or post June 1.

Dude....when I was a kid I was a fat little thing, and I would take a glass of milk, and devour a whole box of little Debbie Swiss rolls in one sitting....Id take one at a time, and soak them in milk ,and eat them. LoL

For example the Gilbert U-238 Atomic Energy Laboratory for kids. Circa 1950. It even came with 3 different types of radioactive material.

    Seriously.

There were still shoe x-ray machines being used to 1960.
Despite the dangers of excessive radiation being known from almost the turn of the century.

"In 1957, Pennsylvania became the first state to ban the machines."

according to this article tuitt was not present when the incident happened. the family was but not him. that is quite different then what we were told at first of him witnessing the incident. it's still horrible and an awful impactful situation and my heart goes out to the family. life does go on at some point though.
