Watson is very talented. However, he will be suspended about 8 games because this uis much worse than Bens issues. This season will be a washout and then not having a first round pick for next 2 years will hurt the browns alot. They have few WR weapons even with Cooper. Pluds watson missed an entire year of football. Will take 3-4 games to get back into game speed. Browns are the browns and this will blow up in their faces. always does.

How is it that some of you fall for this “Browns are going rule the division “ nonsense every year?

    Until they do they haven’t.

He may or may not be allowed to play at all.

Spokesman for the NFL said this trade will have no effect on Watson's punishment for violating the personal conduct rule.

22 women with each woman getting Watson a 6 game ban, would mean he is out for the next 132 games?

    D. Watson. 0- 3 in games played 40 degrees, or under. He will be playing a $hit load of those now. I'm freaking glad Browns got Him

Sorry, I had to redo my math, because it would be a 132 game suspension.

Actually, I think eventually this will turn into a workplace sexual assault, and then he will be banned for life from the NFL.

Now that would be hilarious since his 230 million dollar contract is guaranteed.

The rumor is that Dan Rooney recommended to the league that Ben should be suspended. I can’t fathom Haslam having the same principle

I've never seen so much knob slobbering over a trade. You jack holes that think Watson is the second coming really need to become Cleveland fans if you aren't already. "They are in win now mode". Who the f@^k cares? I believe in how the Steelers conduct their business. Their model has brought the city six Lombardi's. Yet, a bunch of Maryanne's are going to drown their iphones in tears because the Clowns traded their future for some sexual deviant. Unbelievable. In the meantime, between the three division opponents, one has a SB appearance and the other two have done exactly jack sh!t. Some of you aren't Steeler fans, you're morons.

What is even more impressive is that the NFL still needs to decide on Watson's punishment. Who knows how long he will have to sit out? Never mind that, even if he does appeal in court (he totally will), how long will that play out?!

Time will tell for certain. Regardless, I do agree on the premise of Watson immediately lighting it up once he steps back onto the field. He will make his plays for certain; all players of his caliber do. However, how long will that take?? Time will tell.

Reported that Watson contract is deliberately “backloaded” in year 1 so that he is only paid $55,000 in first 4 games ( even if he is suspended he will not suffer meaningful monetary consequences)

    ......

Whomever is the head of Cleveland's PR... I feel sorry for. Feels like something Jimmy Haslam would force upon a lesser; doubly so after such a move. Just.... really???

Yes, it is the fact that this will eventually turn into a Workplace sexual assault that will get him the lifetime ban. It is the Workplace environment that makes it different.

Or.....doesn't like the way the teams run, or isn't alerted enough in the teams ideas, or the diversity isn't enough, but correct....about the cold...40 degrees , or under D. Watson ...0 - 3.
