as a season ticket holder of multiple seasts for over 50 years i have contributed 10's of thousands to this team. have you? i bought seating licenses as well. have you? i can say we, us, they, them or anything else i want to. i have earned that right. i have been loyal to them for over 60 years by the way. have you?

I don't know what kind of signing bonus he got but I can't imagine it would've been much. I see this signing more as insurance. They still might want to upgrade in the draft but the Chuks signing means we won't have to reach during the draft.

 

What did I say?? Steeler Nation is very tolerant, there is no regional requirement, nor is there a length-of-time requirement for being a fan.... Nor does it cost $$... You're as much of a fan as my broke, 8-year old nephew... if that much... Seating licenses, contributions, time served... none of that matters... You've "earned" nothing more than a fan who doesn't bring up other teams... It's apparent that my definition of "loyal" differs from yours... You don't talk about the other pretty girls at the dance to your date... That's not very loyal....

I only see one person name calling and attacking someone... Attacking a person who just asked a question... Thank you for pointing out the difference between marriage and football fandom... A football fan does not need to spend money, or 30-some odd years to have contributed to the Pittsburgh Steelers... those aren't measurable, nor significant contributions... I'm happy that your wife still goes home with you... I'm disappointed that you are unable to differentiate between two types of loyalty... If you had a date... perhaps you'd think differently about talking about other women...
