They should've sat Haeg in the season finale :frustrated:.

We have known for a while they weren't going to get a third round comp pick, Dupree didn't play enough snaps.

    4 - #138 and Comp
    5 none

I think you're wrong...The 4th round compensatory pick, Is the only pick we have in the 4th...We traded our 4th to the Dolphins, correct?

So we should have 7 picks

Well if I was right it is 8 picks....
but my list is just from memory. I think some said we only have to comp pick in the 4th which does sound more correct.
    so then it become 7.

    ***Edit***
From the Steelers to correct my memory.

    1. First Round – 20th pick overall

    2. Second Round –20th pick in round (52nd pick overall)

    3. Third Round – 20th pick in round (84th pick overall)

    4. Fourth Round – 33rd pick in round (138th overall - Compensatory pick)
(Original pick traded to Miami Dolphins during 2021 NFL Draft)

    * Fifth Round – No pick (traded to New York Jets in Avery Williamson trade)

    5. Sixth Round –30th pick in round (208th pick overall - from Kansas City Chiefs via Melvin Ingram trade – conditional)
(Original pick traded to Jacksonville Jaguars in Joe Schobert trade)

    6. Seventh Round – 4th pick in round (225th pick overall – from New York Jets via Avery Williamson trade)
    7. 20th pick in round (241st pick overall)

So they have a decent compliment of picks to work with.

With all the free agency moves the Steelers have made, they won’t receive any comp picks next year.

Definitely. If they are not taking a QB and they get a reasonable offer for that 1.20 pick they should take it. They need depth everywhere

As you watched Banner on the sideline and wondered WTF?

Haeg and Leglue will both be back competing at tackle position this year along with hopefully a mid-round draft pick.

Be curious to see what they do with Chuks. All last offseason we heard how much of a better LT he would make than a RT. With Big AL gone the starting LT position was Chuks to lose. With Moore having no experience at RT, Chuks was moved back to RT because of Banner's injury.

Do the Steelers throw a curve ball this offseason and allow Chuks to move back to LT, a position we were told last year is more suited to his skill set?

I’ve been thinking about this a lot. There is a lot of quality in that 2nd tier of prospects after the top 10-15 players. The way that the Steelers are plugging roster holes, they could potentially take a BPA at one of several positions. That reduces the risk of trading down a handful of slots if the compensation is worth it.

CBS Sports has just released their new mock after all of the wild trades and signings. With the #20 pick they have the Steelers drafting your worst nightmare Malik Willis.
