I'm sure he will to a point, but he has a long way to go to even reach competent.

Ok, with those roster bonuses this doesn’t look as bad as I was expecting. If he stinks up the joint in 2022 we can get out, though it would be about a $6 million dead money hit.

The Steelers had a scout at Tulsa's tackle Tyler Smith's pro day last week.

The Seahawks are in for a rebuild, not much different than Houston.

I beg to differ the Chuks signing was stupid.

Tribusky is the decent back-up to the franchise QB we get in next year's draft

It could just be a one year deal for Chuks, it gives them some flexibility in the draft.

Yes that Chuks deal is nowhere near as bad as the headline money suggests. His cap hit will be around $5m this year and then they’ll have a decision to make next offseason. It won’t stop them from taking a Tackle in the draft if there is a good one there.

I hope they bring back either Witherspoon or Haden to give themselves the same flexibility at CB.

ILB still a big concern but I’m sure a move is coming

More likely the bridge to the franchise QB we get in the 2023 draft.

Then why sign him at all if that's the mindset? We must sign our own even if mediocre

They need a beast at center. Green showed he is not ready for prime time and I don't care if he worked with Pouncey. Move him to guard to save face and draft a true beast at center.

Him and Fitz would be a rock solid duo. It would take the sting off the two below average offensive line signings. But alas I feel he will be to pricey for the frugal Steelers.

A-a-ron signs for 3/150 ...but it's structured heavily and becomes a year-to-year deal. Cap hit this year goes from 46 to 28.

Here is all I need to know about what most of the fans and media think of the Steelers move so far.

Over half of what I see or read is talking about how easily they can just get out of the deal after one year... lol
