Mike Garafalo on the NFL Network today said that if Watson doesn't want to play with the Saints or Panthers then the Browns are interested. They just said that Bruce Arians is interested in Baker Mayfield and the Browns could deal him there to make space for Watson in Cleveland. CBS, Fox, NBC and SI have also mentioned the Mayfield to Tampa a possibility.

 

Why the hell would he wanna play for the Browns??... lol.. My bet is he goes to the Saints

ESPN said this very thing that Watson would probably nix a deal to the Browns. It would be funny if the Browns would trade Mayfield to Tampa Bay to clear the deck for Watson only for him to say no the Browns. Then next year they would be scrambling to get Blaine Gabbart or someone to be their QB.

That's a very good point. Certainly Brad Johnson, Trent Dilfer, Hostetler, Williams, Mark Rypien come to mind. All SB winning QB's that never really rose to that level agian

 

If you don't look at the whole picture then there is only 35 great QBs ever
