You aren't getting a veteran worth signing for less than $10 million. Trubisky is absolutely that much better than Rudolph and Haskins. Look at the comments from his own teammates. Even they have no faith in Rudolph.

I think most of the “no” wasn’t against the player per se, but the cost to get him, and the damage that would do.

I was against the player as well. The guy is a dick who has never been a team player.

Did you miss the ones where he allegedly forced them to give him oral sex? Or the several ones who said that he finished on them? These are just harmless behavior by an innocent guy with a fetish? I guess I’m your mind if he didn’t forcibly enter below the waistline it’s no harm, no foul? The gymnastics that you go through in dismissing the allegations as “a young man setting the stage for a sexual encounter” are sad and offensive. It may be that he is exonerated in the end, but the allegations are very serious, and if true the women are victims of criminal behavior not just women who turned down a clumsy advance.

This is the response I've been waiting for. I clearly said based on what I read... and Yes I did read every one that was public at that time. I also said I must likely did not have access to the criminal filings.

In the civil..I read only 1 where a woman consented to oral sex and she then said she wished she didn't. That is a long way from assault.

All I can tell you is I read every statement that was publicly available at that time.

I will not resort to name calling or attempt to attach your character, but based on your reply You obviously got your information from a different source than I dig. I'm not saying your source is wrong. Very well be right as the things you said are criminal and may not have been in the statements I read.

Based off what I read.... which I am sure is by no means everything available..... but was the publically available police statements...I stand by my statements. If more information comes to light in the grand jury my stance could change

So if nothing happens by Friday, then he never has to worry about it?

Basically the district attorney’s office presents evidence to the grand jury and they decide if there’s sufficient evidence to charge him criminally. From what I’ve read the DA is only presenting evidence from one complaint. Watson is expected to plead the 5th so nothing he says can be used against him in the civil case(s).

From what little I know about this, there was only one accusation that was sexual assault, he allegedly forced her mouth over his, um, tent pole.

Maybe it’s just me, but that doesn’t sound feasible. He used a crowbar to pry her mouth open? Covered her nose until she gasped for breath and then he inserted his “ tent pole”? And he still has a “tent pole”?

This is what i understand as well, although it was my understanding that he would plead
the 5th in the civil (which is either also Friday or Monday? ) so that nothing said there could be used against him criminaly... but honestly I don't know which way It meant now....

you would think he without her more worried about the criminal because that can mean jail, but if they feel confident that's not going to hapoen they could be worried about civil because it's much easier to win.

Remember OJ is innocent of murder

But OJ was found to be responsible for their deaths in civil trial
