The Offical Lets Have a Real Full Scale TSF.com Fantasy Draft This Year!!!

Draft time will be here before you know it. I don't know about everybody else. But I for one, really missed having an official board draft last season.

I know that some of the guys who had stepped up to assist with the draft in years past are no longer active. I am happy to volunteer my time in anyway needed to make sure we get a draft in. Let me know what I can do to help.

So this thread is to gauge interest in having a board draft this year, and to build interest in having a fantasy draft amongst the new board members, that may not have been here the last couple of years.

Chime in and lets see what kind of interest we can build up.

 

I have played fantasy football , but I've never done a fantasy draft like you are talking about before.
So I don't really understand it.

You select a team and draft for that team when it is their turn to pick. You can't pick the Steelers, as the whole board gets to recommend and vote on the Steelers picks. It's a lot of fun and you learn about players as you are trying to select the right player for a particular organization.

 

Everybody picks an NFL team and then acts as GM of that team for the draft.

Let's say you pick the Vikings. You would research their team needs and then manage each of their draft selections.

We usually get through 4 rounds. When it comes time for the Steelers to pick we all vote.

I had the Colts 3 years straight.

 

Exactly! It makes watching the draft even more fun, because you get to really know the players while doing the fantasy draft.

Good clean fun for us football nerds. Lol

The Steelers select our suggested players and they win the Super Bowl.

 

I believe I did the Jaguars last year. For that reason, I select the Atlanta Falcons this year. Will not say who they will acquire but if Kyle Pitts is any indication..... the Falcons then shall elect to hunt for a specific type of player.
