I'm not sure if anyone had posted this previously. If you have time on your hands now that football season is effectively over, watch every TD pass Ben threw in his career. All 418 of them back-to-back-to-back-etc. It takes over an hour to watch it so I did so over several days, dropping in to restart the video to see another 25-50 at a time.

Here are the postseason TDs. 33 of them.

It looks like it may be blocked. If so, just go to youtube and type in "Ben Roethlisberger every career touchdown throw" and "Ben Roethlisberger postseason TDs".

He just needed to drive one last time in SB XLV and they would have won by 1 and would have been 3-0 in Super Bowls.

That Hines Ward guy was pretty good.

Yes he was. I would take a hines ward over many receivers that had better stats for 2 reasons. Hines never got to be in a pass heavy offense until his later years so his numbers could be so much higher. But the other reason is he seemed like the ultimate teammate and played selflessly on the field. He was a true player in every sense of the word and he did it with a smile. Didn't matter if he was laying people out on his blocks or jawing with the other team getting in their head. Hines did for the offense what troy did for the defense in that he always had to be accounted for because he could catch it, run it, block hard down field and even pass it from time to time.

This was great. You forget how good he was when you look at the last year. Some great throws for sure. Brings back a lot of memories of jumping up and down and cheering every time the scored a TD!

    Could be worse!!

Imagine having a QB like Aaron Rodgers, a three time MVP, to only sniff the Super Bowl one time!

And yet, apparently we should just go get a franchise quarterback this year

I personally wonder if that proverbial "Franchise QB Tree" has been discovered yet?!?! The Steelers really are taking their sweet ass time on that aren't they?!?!

Love this just for the names at the bottom I'd completely forgotten about. Lance Moore. Wesley Saunders (I had such high hopes for him). And my all-time favourite training camp Steeler, Derek Moye!

I'm going to revisit these videos if/when we have the expected dumpster fire QB play for the next few years. It will help me remember what it was like to have a franchise QB leading the team.
