I'm looking forward to see how this team responds without Ben. We should be seeing a losing season which is fine with me to secure the next franchise QB in 2023. Rebuild the lines. Let Rudolph start and see where it goes.

    Agreed OP. Dark times ahead.

As much as people talk about the 2023 draft, I haven't seen one sureshot franchise qb stand out yet. There's a lot of hype around Stroud and Bryce Young but they're surrounded by 5 star talent at every position taking on the Indiana's and Kentucky's of the world. Bryce got exposed in the CFP game..Once his star receiver was out, he looked lost and bewildered.

I’m not necessarily against getting one this year if the right one falls. I’m in the camp that they should trade for a vet.

I have this feeling they're going to do just that and draft Howell.

That would be 2 star Wrs out. He lost the 1st one in the SEC championship. How well do You think Mahomes does today if You right now take out Hill, and let's say Kelce???

I didn't say play us. Play in this AFC Championship. Hell Bengals beat them the 1st time , and they were fully loaded.
Same with Bama. If they were playing Kentucky, or someone else in the regular season it may have not mattered, but in the College Championship you lose your top 2 Wr ....You will feel it. IMO

Honestly the more I look at this draft, the more I want to pass on drafting a QB all together and go after skilled positions.

Unless of course Kenny Picket falls which I doubt.

I really don't get excited about the others I don't see a franchise QB available this year.

So probably best to pick up a vet QB and have Mason and Dwayne on the roster.

This could be a good year to get impact skilled players.

The if this Jordan Davis is there at #20 I'm picking him if I'm GM.

Dude looks like a perennial probowler

ok, how about this, we get Garoppolo so we dont have to draft a QB this year, that is beginning to sound ok, Garoppolo is better than the QBs coming out of the draft this year, I'm afraid to say, I mean Willis, although a great athelete, seems like he needs work w accuracy and maybe mechanics, Howell, Pickett, Corral all seem like their ceiling is Baker Mayfield 2.0, are they better than Garoppolo? right now I dont see it, this years QB draft is just not that inspiring as of right now but I cld be wrong
