Huntley had regained control of that ball and he was getting back up to try to make a play with it. That's a sack.

 

My guess is it's not a sack because it was a fumble right from the start, not because of pressure or anything. He dropped the ball on the snap. I'd like to know how that is recorded in other games, but I get why it isn't a sack here. I know thats an unpopular opinion here, but it makes sense.

They weren’t playing for 3. They were going for it on fourth down before the penalty.
