On both sides of the ball last night. Goes to show, we can never take any team lightly.

They were sloppy on both sides, the ends, and the middle of the ball. It was not a fun game to watch.

We got owned at the line on both sides. I am wondering how much Haley being the former coach of the Chiefs had to do with their D looking like a Super Bowl caliber team.

The Chiefs aren't as bad as their record says. Their problem has been turnovers... gobs and gobs of them. They only turned the ball over once last night and you saw the result.

It was a cold, wet night and once Ben was out the Chiefs were able to focus on stopping the run.

I don't think your giving enough credit to the chiefs defense. They're pretty solid and when you take away the offense committing turnovers at a comical rate the result is a game like last night.

True... before the game there were maybeover-expectations of a blowout. But what actually killed us, I think, above all, was thaht the running game was just never established effectively. The o-line took a step backwards - figuratively and literally, on most plays.

i agree thig. the o-lines,true colors shown through last night. i also think heath got his knee dinged up on the first play. he had a slight hitch in his giddyup after that. he does so much to cover up the ineptness of our line. most people miss that. quick d lines and lb'ers really intensifiy the lack of mobility on our line.

The Steelers' D seems to always give up a touchdown drive early, then get its act together. That happened last night and if not for Redman's fumble, the Chiefs only get 7 points the first half. Seemed to me, the reason it was even a game was that the Steelers' O was out of rhythm. The seemed to get away from their dink and dunk that has been successful this year. They tried some passes that had less of a success rate, coupled with the nasty weather, the pass offense wasn't as good. Thus, the Chiefs were able to focus on the run. The previous 3 games, the pass offense was a real threat and that opened up lanes for the run. Maybe some of this was because AB was not on the field. He has been Ben's go to guy, other than Heath this year. Several 3 and outs early along with fumbles and the Chiefs took control of the momentum.

I was stunned at how good their defense played, did not expect that. I know the weather and Ben being out helped but they still looked stingy out there.

they are 11th in total defense. they have some good players, but the ball hasnt bounced their way this season. they need a qb and they will be a threat.

everyone thought the Steelers were going to kill them because of Haley knowledge of the Cheifs, but people forget that the Cheifs also know Haley and what he likes to do.

i will take the win. unlike college the NFL doesnt look at style points. they are 6-3 and looking at the Ravens twice in 3 weeks and facing life without Ben for awhile. if they can somehow go 2-1 in the next 3 games with or without Ben i will take it.

I didn't think we would kill them, I wanted them too, I wanted a statement game but wasn't really expecting it, they rarely ever do.
