Dude has been to the playoff 9 times. Been booted in the Wild Card round 4 of those times.
Made it to AFC championship game 3 times. 2-1 in those games, but he hasn't led the team there 5 years.
1-1 in SB
Missed playoffs all together in 2 of last 3 seasons...getting ready to be 3 of last 4 seasons.

No one has done less with more as good as Tomlin has over his career.
