well, did everyone enjoy Christmas and get all the stiller stuff they wanted? looks like left over hot sausage, meatballs, ham samiches, shrimp, coleslaw, wedding soup will be on the menu today, with nuts and cookies spread throughout. yea i'm tired of it all already too. what you got?

Rack of Ribs, baked potatoes, beans and garlic rolls. Oh and Beer.

 

I have no interest in cooking today. So it’s either left over brisket or defrost venison sloppy joe.

 

Lemon/Garlic Chicken, Au Gratin Potatoes with Bacon, and a salad. Christmas is the one day a year I don't cook.

 

Mucinex, Tylenol, and fluids...

Christmas dinner leftovers

 

Tacos.... thankfully. Burnt out on Holiday food.

 

Well since I had Sloppy Joe's on biscuits last week, and We won.
I guess the same.
Wished I had picked something better on a Win.

 

Everyone is different but I usually eat dinner by about the beginning of the 4th qtr on these damn 4pm games. It is inherently dangerous to have eating utensils, plates, food, or anything that can be projected close by while watching my team playing. This is why 1pm games on Sunday are preferred followed closely by 1pm games on Sundays. JMO>

 

I was trying to figure out why this was out a day early, then my wife told me it’s Sunday.

Leftover Posole

 

I had to work all day yesterday. Woke up this morning honestly believing it was Saturday. Now I realize I have to go back to work tomorrow again. UGHHHHH! The only thing that could make this very short weekend better is a Steelers victory today. Don't let me down Steelers!

 

I forgot all about them. I knew some popular sandwich shop in the Burgh started that after his rookie season. Can I assume they kept it on the menu all these years????

 

Cool beer must be the fluid. Should go well with the Tylenol.

I haven't been to a game in Pittsburgh in a couple years but it was around then. Peppis in the strip district always had it. I'll post pics when I'm done with them. They are delicious and very close to the real deal. Had them last week too so until they lose......
