Did anyone see

The last play of the game when the Titans player #98 tried to bust through on the kneel down and shoved Kendrick Green back. They had what looked like an exchange of words then 98 head butted Kendrick Green.

 

I noticed that too... didn't come to anything I guess? Headbutt, might have been him going in for a shake or embrace?

 

Maybe, but it looked malicious. If so I’m sure we’ll hear about it later this week.

 

Yeah, saw the scrum, but thought it was something they tried to do with Ben. Hopefully the NFL sends 98 a "Christmas Card"

 

Not to hijack but also Najee gets cheapshotted A LOT. Late hits, falling on him with full weight, bumping him between plays, etc. He's constantly complaining to refs about it but nothing ever gets called.

I saw the breakthrough, didn't see the head butt.

The Titans are a sneaky dirty team. And I don't understand where the attitude originates. Yeah, they have a winning record and have been decent for a couple of years. But swagger comes from winning championships. So, I ask who the hell did they ever beat where they have balls big enough to stomp on the Steelers logo? Until they prove otherwise, they are perennial also-rans and nothing more. Pretenders if you will.

Their HC played for the master of that crap and won titles with it, particularly the 1st half of the 6.

Mike Vrabel is a dick from what I’ve heard from people I know that have worked in the Titans organization. I’m with you though they haven’t done anything recently to warrant doing some of the things they do.

 

He maybe, but I think He's a pretty solid coach. They've done pretty well since He's been there.

That's why I was a bit miffed with Claypool getting into it with a Vikings DB. They won't play the Vikings again for 5 years and chances are neither will be with the same teams and it will be 10 years before they are back in MN to play again. So don't get sucked into meaningless scuffles.

 

Since I apparently bored my wife, dogs and cats to sleep, I went and looked at this. The two players were conversing prior. I think it was a love tap. With that said, a game or two ago, the left DE was deliberately head butting our LT..

 

I commented on it in the game thread. He fired off into him on the kneel down which is not illegal, but damn it's a bush league move in a non playoff game like that with no time left on a kneel down.

IIRC it was the rookie with that late hit on Ben. Then went to the sideline getting dapped up for it with a crap eating grin!
