LeBeau also had a better NT, Butler also called those blitzes by Hilton .

Sorry Blast. But the term I responded to came from the same individual. It's so yesterday...

did he quit or is it more about the player? butler a couple of years ago had first round picks all over the field and we still couldn't win a playoff game or even get there. in 59 games hilton had 9.5 sacks. 7 of those came in two seasons. not really a star studded vote of confidence. for two of those years he had 2.5 sacks total. in 32 games that isn't a big deal.

Believe the report or not, I think it is fair to say that Tomlin plays a very large role in the defensive planning and play-calling. Whatever approach to sharing the work they are using, it isn't working. I think Butler is a very good position coach who never should have been a coordinator. He should have been fired years ago.

i know we agree to that scribe. tomlin took over DB duties years ago. there were many articles about him doing it in camp from years back wanting to put his mark on the tampa 2 here. there are articles that have talked about him making calls during games as well. i'm not sure why butler got the job to start with and why they had to promise it to him. as for tomlin and his tampa 2 prowess back in the day, that was long ago and he had a front that could handle the run back then. things have changed in the league since then and he is slow to react to change as we have seen. he's more proactive then reactive and seems to be dead set against making any change during a season. not until after a season do they talk about doing some different things and then stick with them good or bad. just their MO. i don't see it changing any time soon.

No worries. I can't watch what you posted right now, but perhaps that is more focused on just the relevant story. I avoided the bits on McAfee's Twitter feed because they are edited. The version I used is the full, unedited show.

Oh, excuse me, I didn’t get your quote verbatim, you used “interesting” instead of surprised. It’s neither interesting nor surprising, the same argument applies, no reason for them to address it.

I can’t believe you actually find it believable that a DC hasn’t designed his own defense. I’ll flip your own words on you, that you don’t realize how far fetched that is, is on you.

That you are even arguing with me about this is such a waste of time when you yourself call into question the accuracy of her statement.

LMFAO you’re so flustered you don’t even know who you are responding to :roflmao:

This is the hill you want to die on over and over and over while you stalk me every time I say something about Aditi? Here she is again with another SCREW up! Familiar pattern, screw up, cause a **** storm and then apologizes. Only reason I’m not saying she did this one on purpose is because Pryor apparently did it too although that seems odd, they both omitted the same part. I’ll look at that when I have more time. Either way, she screwed up, again.

Also, I’ll respond to what you said to SteelersRule6 while you thought you were talking to me, the reason I posted that McAfee tweet from the AB debacle was to show I wasn’t the only one who called her a liar over the incident. Try to keep up.

Twice four years apart is a pattern? You're funny, and quite desperate.

You jumped into a discussion when I was already here. Again, you're funny.

And I'm bringing it up again to point out that even as McAfee talked about the mistake he made based on her error, he spoke about respecting her and taking things seriously because she posted them. McAfee is taking a more measured response to this than you. If you knew anything about McAfee, you would realize how funny that is.

Aditi Is setting a new low standard for reporting. I guess click baiting it’s just the standard form of reporting nowadays?
I really don’t know how someone cannot come to the conclusion that she’s either lazy or deliberately stirring up ****.
And scribe before you bring it up ,for me it has nothing to do with the fact that she’s a woman.
At the end of the day though it really don’t matter to me because I don’t really pay attention anything she puts out there.

I brought the sexist thing up based on words a specific poster used. That was not you or Blast.

I do believe at least part of your issue with her is you can't handle anybody writing or saying anything negative about the Steelers. You've demonstrated that quite clearly on this board.

I demonstrated far more than the AB incident. It’s funny how much you go to war over a topic that you arent even well informed on, even when I cite different examples in our debates and you are still clueless. I know your memory is bad but can you remember this latest gaffe by Aiditi? Yeah, that’s another example.

Scribe, if you think that any posts made in a thread that come after yours and not even immediately under your response has to do with you, you are more delusional than I even think you are. You on the other hand can’t help quoting me every time I say something about Aditi. I feel like I should be paying you rent.

You’re not 100% wrong on this.
If someone is reporting something that’s accurate it’s hard to get mad about that.
I don’t care for reporters that stir up **** at someone else’s expense. If I read things right she misquoted Tomlin. Whether that was by accident or mistake she’s still going to have to be accountable.
I don’t have any trust in her reporting, but I guess that doesn’t amount to a hill of beans.

You can bring it up as often as you like, still doesn’t have squat to do with my point of him calling her a liar on that particular topic at that particular time.

I don't think that, but you do seem to enjoy making up opinions and attributing them to me. it's almost as if things go poorly for you when you actually have to deal with what I post rather than what you invent. It is odd how you seem to be having these imaginary conversations with me in your head and letting them spill out into your posts, yet you think it is you taking up space in my head and not the other way around.

Your "demonstrations" include your claim that the Haskins report was unprofessional, as if reporters don't analyze what they see all the time. All you really demonstrated there is that you don't actually understand what sports reporters do for a living.

The guy said that he trusts what she reports and respects her and you think that isn't relevant? You're funny.

Cue more responses because you can't help yourself.

Aditi lost my respect when she wrote something negative about multiple man of the year winner, AB.

This screw up with missing the “not” is certainly a big one-word screwup though.

You clearly think that! You have made that claim a number of times because I posted in a thread that you replied in first, I must be following you

Maybe someday you’ll figure out the difference between posting in a thread and quoting someone. Stalker.

The Haskins thing was one of them, sure, it was unprofessional and inaccurate (inaccurate, what else is new) players are on their phones all the time. Even you said him being on his phone wasn’t a big deal. So she creates a bs narrative and opens up Haskins to attacks. She’s a peach that one is.

As for the rest, you’ve basically resorted to accusing me of which you do. Next you’ll just start saying “I’m rubber you’re glue, whatever you say bounces off of me and sticks to you”

Here’s Scribe after I’ve finished with him in a debate.

I know what a blitz is, they aren't blitzing as much this season because the secondary isn't that good this season. When they blitzed Bush, Edmunds it worked .
