Mel Blount , that way the D can concentrate on one side of the field. The opposition would stay away from Blount's side.

My first thought was Ben in his prime- there are so many issues with this team….I like the Noll answer. Start at the top.

One player wouldn’t fix this team. Give me a nt, dt, cb, olb, ilb,qb, and a lg at a minimum.

It’s hard to choose just one, because we have a few big holes, but I can’t stand watching teams run all over us, so it would be Hampton for me.

I get the love for Hampton, but choosing him over all those Hall of Famers? Come on.

One player wouldn't fix this team, but Joe Greene has to be the call. Can you imagine Greene in his prime and Heyward on the inside?

Hampton should be in the HOF, IMO. How many true NTs are in the HOF? Most D-lineman in the HOF are either DTs or DEs. A 4-3 DT is not the same as a 3-4 NT. Hampton was one of the best, if not THE best NT to ever play the game. A highly underrated player on some great Steelers defenses throughout the 00's decade.

He was a great player, but if you are going to pick just one player from the team's entire history to improve the current squad, perhaps take a guy who at least plays every down. That is just part of why Greene would be a better option.

I really really really can't say Winner enough 2 this statement, but because stats are what Matters in the fantasy league that is now football one of the greatest NT will never go 2 the Hall of Fame.....Hell nobody outside of Steeler fans or Longhorn fans even know who He is. Sad.

If Lambert walked into the locker room after a loss and his teammates were joking, laughing and performing TikTok dances, the carnage that would ensue would be ghastly.

I agree with the idea of SNACKS the dline is killing us Heyward can't do it alone. Almost anyone would be ok as the other DE with Heyward and Hampton plugging up the middle.

Does it have to be a Steeler player?
    I'd go with Montana!

Answer would be the same as @KnoxVegasSteel@KnoxVegasSteel. Webster's contributions imo are some of the more underappreciated of the 70s Steelers Dynasty. While I believe the team would have won Super Bowls during this time, it is fair to question on how many without him.
