This game sums up how I made my horrible picks this week in the Pickem game. This game was all my fault as I changed from Bengals to Steelers last minute in the Pickem Game, the season is saved I won't do that again this year.

 

Except for Muth and Harris...the young players on this team do not act like pros.

 

…..and they haven’t been there before so it must have been awkward

The bigger issue is this teams unwillingness or inability to make changes on the fly.

Ben is better than Mason, sure, but this isn't his game and we're down almost 40 points.

I've never been corrected about it - because I haven't talked about it.

When you have a rule named after you (or your family) about minority interviewing (and essentially minority hiring), you're not going to fire a minority for performance because justified or not, your organization would be hammered as hypocrites because the community still believes MT is a good coach (no losing seasons and all).
