That cheap shot to the head should have been a foul! They were going right at his knees. Old Steelers would have called a play and had Hines put a block on them to cut that crap out!

If anyone is honest, it's looking like

Pats, Bills, Colts, Titans, KC and Ravens are all playoff teams (in no order). - all those teams getting to at least 9 wins likely.

Cincy and Chargers are both ahead of the Steelers. Charges play the Giants, Texans, Broncos and Raiders (who've mailed it in). Cincy and Chargers play vs each other (so one of them wins - assuming no tie - and who cares - they both own the tiebreaker over Pit).

So in order to make the playoffs (and no I don't think they will) - they likely need to go 4-3 if not 5-2 (that ain't happening).

Ravens twice, Bengals, Browns, Titans, KC and Vikings.

Highly, highly unlikely they're getting to 4 wins from that.

Seriously… so many teams have been laying stinkers… after looking like juggernauts the week before.

Beat the bengals and ravens at least once and I’m good. Team needs an overhaul… same stuff every year honestly

They’re not making the playoffs I was resigned to that weeks ago.

If they're not going to the playoffs - lose out - get a better draft spot. Get to the playoffs and you got a shot. Otherwise, it's just a worst draft spot.

They steal this one, they'd have a shot. Maybe get Bengals, Browns and one other to finish 9-7-1 (that might have been good enough). Probably not now.

No thanks. I want to see guys already on team make improvements no matter the playoff chances. I'd like to avoid becoming the Jets or the Dolphins

I want to know why the clock kept running at 6 minutes and 27 seconds after deonte Johnson went out of bounce nobody caught it whatsoever just kept running

Norwood cost us the game. No reason to leave that Williams open that much.

Also two blown calls that should have been personal fouls not called to the head

I said they would go 1-7 in the last 8 and was laughed at. This is a very bad football team on both sides of the ball.

I still think you can probably pencil in Tampa for NFC.

We aren't great by any means but we don't qualify for very bad.
Very bad would be Jacksonville, Texans, Eagles.

Great teams find ways to win games they shouldn't.

Against all odds, the Steelers went on a tear with some splash plays in the 4th to take the lead...

They snatched victory from the jaws of defeat. Then felt bad about it and gave it back. They have no killer instinct.

The Steelers fought back, but injuries caught up to them on the final two drives of the game (not including the kneel down).

If they have Watt, Haden, and Fitz, the Chargers likely don't score as easily on their last drive.

If they have their full offensive line, Ben likely isn't sacked two plays in a row.

Didn't you claim that game was the easiest money you ever made, or words to that effect? I took that to mean you bet on the Chargers, who were favored by 5.5 points. Am I right and you lost your easy money?

ML Scribe I never give imaginary points!! Rule #1

I think the final line was SD -6.5

That game was a lot closer on the scoreboard than the actual play. The blocked punt and crazy deflection Int almost lost the game but that D is so terrible with the injuries little doubt what was going to happen.
