Blah. I personally can't stand Rodgers. I'd take Wilson. Honestly Wilson is the only Guy out there that maybe on another team next year I would even halfway want .

Yeah, I've been pushing for Wilson. I don't see a lot of downside. I said that I'd give two 1st's and a 2nd. Only if he agreed to a 3 year extension that paid him no more than 40 a year.

Everything sucked in the game against the Lions.

I won't push for anybody because nobody is coming. Ben has a better chance of coming back and starting next year than getting some other vet QB like Rogers or Wilson here. JMO>

    This.

Was gonna say - do we really want a rookie QB sitting behind a guy with poor mechanics and no pocket awareness?

I prefer coordinators in the booth. To me it gives a better impression and a better vantage point. As opposed to dad gum Keith Butler on the sidelines going duhhhhh.

The Steelers have too many holes on the roster to give up multiple picks in a trade for a QB.

Blaming Ray Ray for that is difficult to swallow.

Guys not sitting down or whatever happens all the time. When it does you see QB's throw it where the receiver should have stopped, i.e. behind the receiver. What you don't see is a pass that is on line but one hops the receiver.

BTW, Alex Kozora of Steelers Depot is pinning the missed 3rd down throw to DJ on DJ. The one where Mason rifled it high.

Says DJ slowed his route there and should have been further upfield.

Sounds like people making excuses for Rudolphs poor play.

Oh well, we might get another game to see once again that Rudolph isn’t the answer at QB. And this week, the game plan has been designed for Rudolph.

    No excuses.

if you listen to that guy he is generally fairly accurate. He is certainly not a Rudolph fanboy by any stretch of the imagination. Given his age and limited experience playing his knowledge of the game is impressive.

I think Alex is unbiased - he analyzes the All-22 every week and seems to provide pretty honest analysis.

    Exactly.
Though I Hope He Tears up the Chargers. Again...I just Hope 2 Have a Clear Guy 2 Go 2 after Ben leaves So we can spend a draft on other pressing needs.
It would Be awhile Before He costs a lot...You know ...So You could spend all that money elsewhere almost like Having a rookie, but one that knows Your system. It probably won't happen, but it would benefit The Steelers greatly if it did.

He does have a pimbly little squeaker, doesn't he? I loved that show when David Todd was on it.

Schein is a toolbox of the first degree.
