I was wrong

I had predicted a Steelers blowout win today but boy was I wrong.

We did see a tough, gritty battle of two evenly matched teams though. A tie reflects that the Steelers (at home) playing the Detroit Lions are comparable teams this 2021-2022 Season.

Props to Coach Tomlin for keeping the Lions from pulling the upset win.

 

Steelers remind me of a line from Seinfeld. Elaine: "Is it possible that I'm not as attractive as I think I am".

Not a good team. In fairness, losing key starters hurts any team.

 

The Lions lost a bunch of starters today too. The teams were evenly matched, despite what their records are. Play today's game 100 times I imagine it ends close to 50-50.

I didn't watch the game, again, because I'm not a Ravens fan lol. But please go ahead and smack talk the Ravens, doesn't bother me as I am a Steelers fan.

 

I was having trouble figuring this out after you guaranteed a Steeler victory and the game ended in a tie.

I'm glad another thread was created to clear up any doubts.

 

It's OK I was wrong predicting a 10- 7 season. Now it's impossible. So I go with a 10- 6- 1. LoL.
