He is going to be playing for peanuts hoping for a ring and a chance to hit free agency again and get paid. I can’t see him getting WR1 money ever again though.

What do they do if they don't win a SB???
Will this not haunt them with little draft picks ,and all those contracts???

    At least it's not Tampa.

Damn… I had the Rams winning the Super Bowl this year. Time for a refreshed pick.

Rams are only a slightly better landing spot for him than Tampa.

That offense goes through Kupp and he won’t jump over Woods so he will have to be satisfied with Jeffersons workload.

They only have to deal with him for half a season so maybe he doesn’t become a distraction but I wouldn’t have done this if I am the Rams.

Yeah they really don’t need him and he hasn’t performed to his potential in a long time. It’s a strange one. Is there an element of trying to create this billboard team of superstars to build the brand? IDK

I’d agree that the fact he is only there for half a season will mitigate any risk of him causing locker room issues. He will know that the moment he causes any trouble he will get cut.

Von Miller was a good move, he will make a bigger impact for the defense then Odell does for the offense. Jefferson is a good player and second rd pick that was fine as the 3rd WR, the move doesn’t really make sense. Maybe it’s like you said.

Woods has torn his ACL so OBJ will see plenty of the ball now

Ahh.. I didn’t know that. Makes sense now. They’ll be able to keep him fed enough to keep his whiney yapper in check (maybe).

Not sure if the injury was before or after the signing. News only broke an hour or so ago

They must have known before hand.

If I’m Jefferson, I’m pissed if my usage doesn’t increase and Odell leapfrogs me.

They have three on the field most of the time so I’d imagine there will be plenty of targets to go around.

They also drafted a received this year called Tutu Atwell in the second round but I haven’t heard much about him since
