Well Harris is a rookie, so of course he isn't close to peak Bell who was an All-Pro. Conner or Snell couldn't make something out of nothing like Najee did on this run, and get about ten yards.

Plus A better O line, Better Ben, and Better Weapons...Also L.Bell wasn't all that as a rookie even with all the aforementioned stuff.

What a moronic statement. Bell at his peak is now the expectation of a rookie? Lol. That’s hilarious. Would love to see bell behind this line.

harris IMO is showing alot of potential behind a terrible line. Cant wait to see this guy hitting actual holes.

Question is how does he compare to Bell as a rookie? I think very well.

Who the fook is Chad Forbes???

Seriously, if he has to question if Najee is even good, his credentials suck. No wonder I never heard of him.

Forbes said he likes rookie RBs Javonte Williams and Michael Carter better than Najee .

Yep, especially given the surrounding cast. First eight games for both...

    Bell:

    Rushing: 143/455 ... 3.18 yards/carry ... 4 TD
    Receiving: 26/256 ... 9.85 yards/catch ... 4 TD

    Harris:

    Rushing: 150/541 ... 3.61 yards/carry ... 4 TD
    Receiving: 40/289 ... 7.23 yards/catch ... 2 TD

    Moronic take by a nobody

Bell at his peak had one of the best situations in all of football with a good OLine and Ben and AB being the best QB / WR duo in the league. Teams couldn’t stack the box or they knew they’d get burned by AB.

This current Steelers offence doesn’t have the tools to support Najee. He is an every down back that can do everything well and I honestly believe that he can have a CMC / Kamara type impact if they can build the offence up. He just can’t do it all on his own.

The guy does have point. I don't think he's being completely unreasonable.

I just saw the stat line for the last 3 games. All of which he had 20+ carries and didn't crack 100 yards. Against the Browns he had 26 carries for 91 yards. If you're being honest with yourself, you would assume that if a young stud 1st rd pick RB got 26 touches he could manage more than 91 yds. That's A LOT of carries.

All i'm saying is, the guy has a point if you look at the reality.

It’s hard to judge though because Ben and the O Line are both horrendous

It's true. Just saying though, don't think what the guy said was unreasonable.

He’s an idiot and second of all who cares. Najee and Muth are the best 2 draft picks the Steelers have had in a long time.

If that was his only thought on it, it would be more reasonable but to say is he even good? That screams I know nothing about football.

Then I went through his timeline and he appears to be a Steelers hater, Steelers players are overrated, things like that.

Plus he’s a nobody, the use of the NFL logo makes it seem like he is an analyst or something, he’s just some rando with a twitter account.

Last time I checked, Bell didn't really light it up in 2013 when he was a rookie.

"He's not anywhere close to peak LeVeon Bell."

Brilliant. I'm guessing he's not anywhere close to peak Najee Harris, either. Since it's, you know, only halfway into his rookie season.

Actually, Javonte is pretty boss, but would likely be having the same issues as Najee on the Steelers.

Even with the issues on offence hindering him Najee is at least giving them an outlet to run the ball and avoid those third and longs that killed them throughout last year. I dread to think what this offence would look like without him right now.

This is a dense argument, even for you. Citing the surrounding cast on offense in 2013 > that of 2021 doesn't make an argument for you.

Unless you're the guy tweeting Harris sucks because eight games in hie's not prime Bell. Using that warped logic I guess anything's fair game to pat yourself on the back.
