We do that at our restaurant, and throw in a chicken parm. Call it The Godfather Platter. Had three little old ladies come in about a week ago and they all ordered one. Came out to talk to them and they said this way they don’t have to cook for the rest of the week.

Beer, of course. Weekly intake has been curtailed due to consistent wins and lower than anticipated frustration levels. MNF sucks the high heavens and not having a game on Sunday, especially at 1300, reeks for me. Nothing like going to my bar, representing of course, and being in there during the last 30 minutes when all the other games are winding up. Crazy fun. Now, for this game, I'll be happy to still be awake in the 4th qtr.

Mondays we go to a local Legion for a treasure hunt drawing. We usually go to the restaurant next door or just get burgers and fries at the drawing. Can't go wrong at either place for the price and quality of food. I just hope that by game time that I am about $56,000 richer. Uncle Sam will hunt me down though and demand his share.:club:

Slow-cooker rotisserie chicken tortellini soup - very chunky with onions, carrots, tomatoes, celery, bell peppers and cheese filled tortellini. Cooks 6-8 hours but pasta only last 15 minutes. Lots of leftovers, should last till Thursday Night game with Pitt vs NC, also on ESPN. Jello parfait and garlic cheese bread. Pumpkin cheesecake for dessert. All followed by a thorough artery pumping.

I deleted my post made earlier since I didn't know what I was talking about. Games now will start a 1400 not 1200 so my bar issue is not a problem. However, now that I have 1.5 hours to prep for a game, I might have a new bar problem such as who is driving home. Confusing but happy if we win.

I’m picking up some wings and sandwiches from Wegmans. Then I’m going to make a cheesecake topped with caramel sauce for desert. I’m not drinking because my nerves can’t handle it. Probably have some seltzer waters. I can’t get loaded on a weeknight lol. Ah screw it I am going to buy an 18 pack of Modelo.

Many years ago I met my dad at a Monday night game after the clocks changed. I got there a bit early and there weren’t a lot of people In The stadium. He fessed up that when he got there, he was the only one.

Since it's a late game and we will have eaten earlier, we'll have chips and salsa and pita and hummus. Maybe some pork rinds.
